A Bad, Bad Guy And A Bit O’ Monty

A tall man with red hair and humongous shoes was arrested yesterday and charged with attempted homicide. His victims are numbered in the billions and can be found all over the world. His weapons? Trans fats, saturated fats, sugar, artificial ingredients (including flavors and colors), preservatives, etc. I admit: I’m a health food freak. What are we putting in our bodies? For a list of ingredients, see here.

  1. Poor Ronald, he had it comin’.

  2. I never did trust the guy in the yellow jumpsuit. Too hearty by half.

Alas, every once in a while (maybe twice a year) I indulge in a quarter pounder with cheese and fries loaded with salt. But lunch was oatmeal with nuts, seeds, and blueberries.

  3. Ah yeah, he does have it coming.

Byziwhatsit (I like that name!), twice a year won’t kill you. I used to enjoy a burger now and then when I ate meat. And if you look at the ingredients, the burgers seem to have the least added junk. Your lunch sounds wonderful—I always eat oatmeal for breakfast these days (sans nuts and berries—that sounds really, really good).

  5. you know that it’s a Japanese MacDonald’s right???

  6. Diane, I guess the order I put the photos in is confusing—the one with the guards with guns is in Pakistan.
